AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS
The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides comfort to victims of disasters; supplies about 40% of the nation’s blood; teaches skills that save lives; distributes international humanitarian aid; and supports veterans, military members and their families.
Support for The American Red Cross is support for your friends and family down the street across the country and around the world. Every 2 seconds someone in the US needs blood and with less than 5% of the population donating the need is constant. The more blood you donate, the more lives you can save.

ENERGY MATTERS / RUSSELL CHAMBERLAIN
We treat adults, couples, families, adolescents and children.
- Combine traditional therapies and mind-body techniques
- Resolve persistent negative emotions and beliefs
- Move from inner conflict to contentment
- Access your strengths and resources to overcome mental and spiritual barriers to healing
- Heal trauma without dwelling on painful details of the past.
- Build confidence and self-esteem.
- Create and sustain change in a short period of time.
We view the mind and body as a unified system that promotes physical and emotional health. When the balance supporting our needs is disturbed or disrupted by negative events and experiences, challenging symptoms may result. This includes struggles around trauma, depression, anxiety, fear, grief, sadness, shame, guilt, hurt and low self-esteem. Our treatment methods restore balance to maximize emotional, mental and physical functioning.
