Welcome to West Linn Lutheran Church!

We're so happy you're here.

Whether you’re visiting for the first time, looking for a church home, or simply curious to learn more about us, we hope you’ll feel welcomed and at home.

Take a look through the questions below to find answers to some of the things you may be wondering about as you get to know WLLC.

Warm, welcoming, and accessible. Our members, who are people of all ages and walks of life, are excited to meet you and are happy to show you around. Our worship services include easily accessible elements (including songs and prayers with words for you to follow), and we never expect perfection. We work to provide a comfortable atmosphere of fellowship and worship for all that step through our doors.
We always welcome children as their complete selves, joyful noises included. We offer a designated "Prayground" area with a variety of activities that is always available during worship services
Parents are encouraged to explore that space with their children at any time during or after service. During the school year, we provide youth education after service for elementary, middle, and high schoolers.
We are thrilled to have the opportunity to teach and learn from children of all ages as they grow in faith.
Not at all. People come to WLLC from many different religious backgrounds, or no religious background at all.
Whatever makes you comfortable. Come as you are.
That’s okay. Questions, doubts, curiosity, and faith all have a place here.
Absolutely. WLLC welcomes and celebrates people of every sexual orientation and gender identity. No exceptions.
You’re welcome to come at your own pace. Sit with us, observe, ask questions, or simply be here. There’s no pressure.
No. Giving is always voluntary. You’re welcome to participate in the offering or simply let it pass. We’re glad you’re here.
As much or as little as you’d like. Worship with us, join an activity, serve alongside us, or simply spend some time getting to know WLLC.
Start by coming to worship. If you’d like, introduce yourself to a pastor or another member afterward. We’d love to meet you.
